Jenefer Nadenicek

Education and Certifications

Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner since 1999, Jenefer began practicing yoga while attending the Central PA School of Massage in 1997. After graduation she taught anatomy, somatic therapies, and yoga classes. In 2004 she attended the Mt. Nittany Institute of Natural Health and was certified as a Hatha Yoga Instructor. She also completed her final Reiki Master's Certification and began the first of three levels of Thai Yoga Therapy. In 2006 she completed her Advanced Certification with Clinical Application in Thai Yoga Massage. Jenefer has continued her yoga studies, attending teacher training's in the Iyengar tradition in Lemont PA and and in Helena MT. She currently teachers at Lila Yoga in State college and is attending a Life Coaching/Nutrition Counseling program through Integrative Nutrition.
